Rav Myer Loketch has died, ברוך דיין אמת. From 2006 to 2009 he contributed many radio presentations on Jewish holidays for the Yiddish Voice. Tonight we re-air his presentation for Hanukkah 2006. We plan a shloyshim memorial program in Rav Loketch's memory on our Dec. 19th broadcast. Important show note: the date for the Radio Shloyshim in memory of Myer Loketch has been changed from Dec. 12, as was previously announced on this broadcast and elsewhere. The new date is Dec. 19, 2018. We regret any inconvenience.
