• Vivi Lachs discusses her book Whitechapel Noise: Jewish Immigrant Life in Yiddish Song and Verse, London 1884–1914 (Wayne State University Press) and music she has created based on historic Yiddish songs from Whitechapel. Lachs will be giving a talk on Sunday Oct 21 2018 at the Boston Workmen's Circle.
